Our client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to work at a location in Portsmouth

Key Responsibilities for the position include:
Business development - prospect and existing business
booking and attending client meetings
Candidate generation
Negotiating terms of business with new and existing clients
Account management with existing clients
Manage the whole advertisement process from placing, screening and interviewing
Using various online job boards you will Source and screen candidates and write and place adverts
Update candidate information and activity on the CRM

Key Skills & Experience required for the position include:
You will have a minimum of 1 year agency recruitment experience or account management in a sales environment
Confident making sales calls
Strong face to face skills
Well presented
Strong work ethic
Self-motivated and Enthusiastic
Tenacious
Great personality
Must have a full clean driving licence and own vehicle
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
