V3 Recruitment are looking for an experienced Director of Recruitment services to oversee and exciting startup location in Tampa!

- Salary; $100,000-$150,000 plus team commission, car allowance, medical
A BIT ABOUT YOU
- You have been in a Directorship position or a have run a Division/Branch within a Recruitment Agency/Business before.
- You have been responsible to identify and set up new branch locations within an expansion plan and have been integral in every part of this process.
- You have been fully responsible for the operating costs and profit for a business unit/branch.
- You have built successful teams within the full Recruitment process and have mentored them to success.
- You would have been responsible to set yearly forecasts and budgets for these individuals/teams/divisions and have been an amazing performance manager.
- You would have been responsible for the Business Development and Sales Pipeline.
- You would have been instrumental in delivering the training and mentoring for your team.
- You would have been instrumental in securing Preferred Supplier status and Service Level Agreements.
- Also in an ideal world you would have been a dam good Recruitment Consultant in your past so you fully understand the journey that consultants are on!
