Key Responsibilities for the position include:
- Managing client accounts

- Filling temporary, contract, and permanent vacancies
- Managing candidates and booking interviews
- Working towards targets and KPIs
- Driving the business
- Advertising jobs and dealing with related admin duties

Recruitment and Sales experience
- Proven successful track record of winning new business and filling vacancies
- Ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to exceed targets and expectations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and go the extra mile
- Full UK drivers license and own car
