Our client is looking for a Handyman to work at a location in Portsmouth

Key Responsibilities for the position include:
• Address and resolve student-logged maintenance issues. • Prepare vacant rooms for new arrivals, filling holes, painting, sealing, touch-ups etc. • Respond to new arrival reactive maintenance requests. • Escalate complex or certified repairs (e.g., major electrical, gas, HVAC) to manager and provide details for contractor deployment. • Log all completed tasks and adhere to site health, safety, and fire regulations.

Key Skills & Experience required for the position include:
• Experience in general property maintenance, facilities, or as a handyman. • Practical skills in basic plumbing, carpentry, and general building repairs. • Working knowledge of standard health and safety protocols (e.g., COSHH, manual handling). • Ability to manage a digital ticketing system and communicate professionally with students.
