These terms of service ("Terms") apply to your use of the services provided by V3 Recruitment Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including:

  • Our website at https://v3recruitment.com, including the worker and client portals
  • Our mobile application (V3 Workforce Pro)
  • Any other website or application of ours that links to these Terms

Together these are the "Services". By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

These Terms cover your use of the Services only. Any work you carry out through us, or any recruitment services we provide to a client, is governed by the separate contract or terms of engagement agreed at the time.

  1. WHO WE ARE

    The Services are operated by V3 Recruitment Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Our office is at Unit 1 Sovereign Gate, 308-314 Commercial Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO1 4BL, United Kingdom.

  2. USING THE SERVICES

    You may use the Services to find out about us, search and apply for jobs, manage your worker or client account, and access documents and tools we make available to you.

    You must be at least 16 years old to register for an account. You are responsible for making sure that anyone who accesses the Services through your internet connection or device is aware of these Terms and complies with them.

  3. YOUR ACCOUNT

    Some parts of the Services require you to register. You must give accurate, complete and up-to-date information when you register, and keep it up to date.

    You are responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential and for all activity under your account. If you think someone else knows your login details or has used your account, change your password and contact us straight away.

  4. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

    When you submit information to us, such as a CV, right-to-work documents, qualifications, timesheets or other details, you confirm that it is true, accurate and yours to share. Providing false or misleading information may lead to your account being suspended and may affect any placement or engagement.

    You give us permission to use the information you submit to provide the Services and our recruitment services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

  5. ACCEPTABLE USE

    You must not:

    • use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or in breach of these Terms
    • impersonate anyone else or access another person's account without permission
    • upload anything that is false, offensive, defamatory, or that infringes anyone else's rights
    • introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, our servers or any connected system
    • use automated tools to scrape, copy or collect data from the Services without our written permission
    • interfere with or disrupt the Services or other users' use of them

  6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    We own, or are licensed to use, all intellectual property rights in the Services and the material published on them, including text, graphics, logos and software. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal use or for dealing with us, but you must not otherwise copy, modify or distribute that material without our written permission.

  7. JOB LISTINGS AND CONTENT

    We aim to keep job listings and other content accurate and up to date, but they are provided for general information only. A job listing is not an offer of work, and roles may be filled or withdrawn at any time. Nothing on the Services is professional advice and you should not rely on it as such.

  8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

    The Services may contain links to websites and services run by others. These links are provided for your information only. We have no control over those websites or services and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

  9. PRIVACY

    Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use the Services.

  10. AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES

    The Services are provided free of charge. We do not guarantee that they will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or any part of the Services for business or operational reasons, and will try to give you reasonable notice where we can.

    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.

    Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, or from your reliance on any content on them, including loss of profits, business, opportunity or data.

  12. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

    We may suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. You can stop using the Services at any time and may ask us to close your account by contacting us.

  13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

    We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will show a new "Last updated" date and takes effect when it is published. Please check this page regularly. If you continue to use the Services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

  14. GOVERNING LAW

    These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
