Groundworks Foreman

Our client is looking for a Groundworks Foreman to work at a location in Christchurch

Key Responsibilities for the position include:
Supervising groundworks operatives on site Coordinating daily site activities, labour, and materials Ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard Overseeing a range of groundworks tasks including drainage, foundations, and external works Maintaining and enforcing health & safety standards on site Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and other trades Completing basic site paperwork and reporting progress

Key Skills & Experience required for the position include:
Proven experience working as a Groundworks Foreman Strong background in groundworks and civil engineering projects SSSTS or SMSTS qualification Valid CSCS Card First Aid (preferred but not essential) Ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on when required Reliable, organised, and committed to delivering quality work
