Customer Service Advisor

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work at a location in Southampton

Key Responsibilities for the position include:
⏹ Reply to customer enquiries through a range of channels via the Gorgias ticketing system ⏹ Provide high-quality answers to queries to ensure they are resolved quickly and efficiently ⏹ Follow our standard processes at all times to ensure a smooth experience with returns, exchanges, etc. ⏹ Work across a range of shifts each week, which can include evenings and weekends ⏹ Adapt to changes and new processes quickly ⏹ Work collaboratively to uphold and improve our 4.7*/excellent rating on Trustpilot

Key Skills & Experience required for the position include:
⏹ Providing a high level of customer service across a range of channels ⏹ Performing in accordance with our KPIs and CSAT scores ⏹ Using customer service or ticketing platforms (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk... bonus points for previous experience with Gorgias)
