Call Centre Sales Adviser

Our client is looking for a Call Centre Sales Adviser to work at a location in Fareham

Key Responsibilities for the position include:
A. Make calls to prospective customers and once contacted handover the live call to a Careers Adviser. B. Conform to the enquiry contact structure at all times and ensure meaningful and accurate notes are made on the database following each call C. Ensure sales targets set by Future Fit Training are achieved D. Give advice and sell in an ethical way at all times E. Handle calls for other team members when required such as busy periods as well as absence through sickness or holidays F. Update knowledge of FFT products by reading materials such as the Company’s website, course information sheets and so on G. Keep up to date with product knowledge of FFT’s competitors by checking their websites and other materials H. Keep the Head of Sales informed of the progress of all aspects of your work through regular reports and meetings

Key Skills & Experience required for the position include:
previous outbound call experience preferred
