Our client is looking for a Paint Prepper to work at a location in Portsmouth

Key Responsibilities for the position include:
Key responsibilities include: Preparing moulded car parts for paint, including sanding, masking and priming Ensuring all surfaces are clean, smooth and ready for a flawless finish Working efficiently to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards Carrying out quality checks on prepared surfaces Keeping the work area clean, safe and well organised

Key Skills & Experience required for the position include:
Proven experience in vehicle paint preparation or bodywork prep Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable working a rotating double day shift pattern
