Description:
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work at a location in Portsmouth
Key Responsibilities for the position include:
• Assist customers with their enquiries.
• Provide progress updates and information in a polite and professional manner via email and the telephone
• Liaising with third parties both internally and externally
• Full range of administration tasks including data processing, KPI reporting, updating the internal data management system.
• Handle queries in a professional nature in line with companies procedures
• Enhance the customer journey and experience
Key Skills & Experience required for the position include:
• Experience in an office-based customer service role, ideally in a transport / logistics / shipping capacity
• Good administration skills and experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• A professional and polite “can do” attitude
