Description:
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work at a location in Havant
Key Responsibilities for the position include:
Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online orders
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Assisting customers with product information and identifying additional sales opportunities
Resolving customer queries, delivery issues, and order discrepancies in a timely manner
Updating and maintaining customer records on the CRM system
Providing general administrative support to the sales team
Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer satisfaction
Key Skills & Experience required for the position include:
Previous experience within a customer service or office-based customer-facing role
Strong communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A proactive attitude with the confidence to suggest improvements and contribute ideas
A willingness to learn and develop within the company
