Our client is looking for a Technical Administrator to work at a location in Portsmouth
Key Responsibilities for the position include:
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records - Handle phone calls with professionalism and good phone etiquette - Assist with general administrative tasks - Utilise QuickBooks for financial record-keeping - Perform clerical duties to support the office operations - Organise and manage office files both physical and computerised - Use Google Suite for various administrative tasks
Key Skills & Experience required for the position include:
- Proficiency in office procedures and administrative tasks - Strong data entry skills - Excellent organisational abilities - Very good communication skills - Being able to multi-task - Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial management - Competency in using Google Suite for office tasks - Experience with clerical duties and maintaining records
