5. Representations and Warranties
5.1 In the event that any contract is deemed by a court of competent authority to have been formed between You and the Company, then subject to the provisions of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999 and any other applicable laws, all warranties, conditions, representations or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
