£20,000 - £30,000 depending on experience plus a genuinely uncapped commission

• To generate, maximise and find new business opportunities
• Client presentations
• Quote, follow up, negotiation and closing
• Sales performance reporting and KPI's
• To meet, as a minimum, agreed sales and performance target

Skilled Required:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a sales or business development role- desirable
• A self-starting and motivated personality that thrives on delivering tangible results
• A natural ability to create and develop new business and close deals
• Client Relationship building
• High energy level
• Prospecting skills
• Motivation for sales and sales planning
• Proven record of sales (any industry)
• Experience in high volume sales calls
• Comfortable having proven record of meeting sales KPI's
