A very special opportunity has come up in V3 Recruitment as an Executive Assistant/ Office Manager. You will need to demonstrate a wide range of administrative, analytical and interpersonal capabilities, working closely with the Executive Directors to enhance their effectiveness and making sure the office runs efficiently.

We are looking for an intelligent, even minded and highly experienced EA/ Office Manager or Project Manager, who has perhaps worked in a similar sales or recruitment environment.

This is a busy, dynamic, and varied role working within a fast paced, high pressure entrepreneurial environment.
Above all else we are looking for the right personality fit. You will however need to be extremely professional, well presented, super smart and highly organised. This will be an exciting, challenging role and will require a strong but flexible person.

The Role/Duties and Responsibilities
As an Office Manager you will need to:
•Manage general office procedures to ensure processes and duties in the office flow efficiently
•Oversea and evaluate policies to ensure they are in compliance with The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) and corporate rules
•Monitor training material and confirm it is all up to date
•Organises and audit the company's systems, databases, and procedures
•Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the directors
•Recommend and implement changes as appropriate
•Maintain inventory and office supplies
•Anticipate office needs; evaluate new office products; place and often expedite orders when necessary
•Maintain employee and consultant HR records
•Support new employee induction process as required
•Support the development of company PR, marketing and communications collateral
•Monitor the Company's website and social media content

Experience Required/ Qualities Needed
•Confident in managing employees and directors at all levels and able to anticipate needs
•Exceptional attention to detail and ability to develop high quality documents
•Enthusiastic, conscientious, and proactive, with a 'can do' attitude
•Strong analytical skills with proven track record in gathering data from multiple sources, interpreting data and information to present key points and recommendations
•Strong communicator who is articulate with a professional
•Organised, and able to prioritise with a high attention to detail
•Able to use initiative, work well under pressure, and deal with demanding tasks; often to tight timescales
•Commitment to providing a quality service and high quality outputs
•Has previously assisted CEO and Executive levels
•Experience of managing an office
•Fully conversant with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
•Dynamic, creative, visionary entrepreneur with a big personality and big ideas
