ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES :
• Drive direct marketing programs (email and direct mail) from marketing brief and creative development to program execution and post-program analysis & ROI measurement.
• Seeks out and adopts learning & best practices and then innovates with a proven test and learn mindset.
• Understands the customer and can derive insights to improve targeting, segmentation, and end-to-end user experience to retain customers.
• Drive understanding of the key levers that grow the business, engage customer to drive active use; and knows how to pull each
• Collaborate in customer-based research with Customer Insights team
• Effectively partners with internal and external teams, including marketing, analytics, product, care, agencies and vendors, to inform, influence and drive successful end-to-end campaign execution.
• Develops automated trigger email campaigns: can translate desired customer experience into a clear program, identifying/sourcing necessary behavioural or data inputs from products and owning the build process between email vendor and Lead Forensics resources.
• Manages marketing budget for all Retention Marketing programs, with responsibility for expense management and forecasting.
• Establish metrics for success, interprets campaign & sales results and drives improvements
• Leads campaign wrap-up, analyses, results and makes recommendations to influence annual plans
• Owns and drives Lead Forensics’ in-product marketing strategy & execution plan to efficiently drive results.


QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of direct marketing or related marketing field with a proven track record implementing and managing end to end Direct Response marketing programs in a multi-channel environment.
• In-depth knowledge of direct marketing best practices with experience developing and implementing testing strategies across channels including designing and analysing contact strategy and customer experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving orientation, comfortable engaging with database marketing resources to review performance and drive targeting and segmentation efforts for campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability and motivation to try new things and lead change, with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Exceptional project management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detail.
• Work well within cross-functional matrixed organizations and has proven experience driving end to end customer programs with dotted line management responsibility.
• Strong creative problem solving and analytical skills
• Data driven, resourceful and efficient
• Strong analytical and problem solving orientation with clear examples of using data actively for target setting, measurement, ROI analysis and recommendations
• Leads and influences effectively within the organization and builds strong relationships to deliver outstanding results
• Flair for ambiguity and infectious ‘can do’ attitude
• Demonstrated ability and self-motivation to excel within an environment of change, start up mentality and a drive for continuous improvement
