Finance Manager/Finance Controller/Management Accountant
£40,000 - £60,000 package dependent on experience plus extra benefits

We are looking for an exceptional individual to help map and deliver an aggressive growth plan. Working alongside a team of motivated professionals you will be reporting to the CEO and sit at the top

The Role:

• Take the current business plan, financial strategy and department and develop a road map to deliver the financial capability whilst remaining agile at the same time as covering the financial and operational needs of the company.
• Prepare financial business plans and monthly/yearly forecasts for the business in line with the companies budgets & targets
• Drive all finance activities, including the preparation of forecasts and budgets for the divisions to achieve the sales/net profit targets
• Work alongside the CEO driving your own specific finance activities within assigned criteria and develop effective business relationships with key clients to ensure smooth payment and retained business
• Be the owner of necessary finance communications and appointments, to introduce clients to V3 Recruitments finance procedures or to address any financial issues and/or opportunities
• Prepare all financial management information and/or performance statistics for Divisions
• Negotiate all financial agreements for services provided to the company ensuring the best service at the best cost is obtained at all times
• Manage and oversee the department staff, taking a pro-active approach in their professional development
• To establish and maintain an effective communication system within the other departments
• Be the owner-driver of Systems, Process and Legislation

• A proven track record in Financial Direction/Management, gained within Industry
• Operational in experience in fast paced commercial environments
• Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels
• Experience working with Business plans, P&L and Management Accounts
• Hands on experience in gaining and controlling investment
• Educated to A level or degree level in a business-related subject
• Currently be qualified to ACCA, ACA or CIMA
• Knowledge of Sage is essential, we use it for Payroll and Accounts
