Call Centre Quality Assurance Manager / QA

A very successful and well established business in Portsmouth is looking for an experienced QA manager to monitor all sales and customer service calls within their call centre.

You will be heavily involved in training staff and ensuring the company is delivering excellent service to customers and clients at all times.

The Role:
o Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
o Responsible for training staff to deliver quality in their sales calls
o Taking part in product training in order to know the products in depth
o Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to site management team.
o Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
o Monitors email customer contacts.
o Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
o Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
o Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for call center staff.
o Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers.
o Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review.

o Two years of call center customer care experience, preferably in a technical environment.
o Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
o Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
o Intermediate level of knowledge/expertise with PC hardware and software (Word and Excel).
o Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge with Internet technology; familiarity with cable modem technology desired.
o Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
o Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
o Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
