£18,000-£20,000, Uncapped Commission, £25,000-£30,000 OTE.

Looking for the right candidate to join a rapidly growing business, who hold the same hunger and ethics to succeed as they do and also have an entrepreneurial approach to the role they play within it. They are a well-established brand within the security sector and have seen continued growth over the last 10 years. An industry leader within thier field, They command a global presence and are recognised as a significant influence in the market sector. Furthermore, they are making inroads in specification and thier name is growing traction through the major projects there involved in. Operations are conducted from 56,000sq ft HQ in Havant, Hampshire boasting excellent logistics, ARC monitored services and welcoming customer facilities.
The role we're recruiting for is for someone to proactively help develop the trade channel, with the sales focus being predominately selling into security installers. This entails building long term, meaningful relationships, whilst delivering long term strategic goals in line with the business need. With a combination of warm and cold calling, the role includes the challenging task of building on existing brand exposure whilst maximising sales opportunities.
