We are looking to recruit an office administrator / accounts controller for our client in the Portsmouth area with an immediate start.

Data entry is all about speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. the successful candidate must possess the following;
• Computer literate
• Strong attention to detail
• Data entry experience

We would see the role as permanent and full time and the duties include:

• Tracking customer Purchase Orders to completed works
• Reconciling the PO’s to our quotations and completed works
• Generating sales invoices based on above
• Contacting customer managers to organise ‘sign off’ of works completed / invoices
• Internal labour timesheet management
• General office duties
