Administrator | Office Assistant

Our client is looking for an administrator to join a forward thinking, successful business that offers broad expertise across the architectural, consultation and construction industries.This role would suit someone that is used to working in a male dominated environment, has administration skills and looking to develop and grow with the company. Roles & Responsibilities of an Administrator
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Write and distribute email, letters and forms
• Maintain a filing system
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Order office supplies
• Running errands
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Required Skills of an Administrator
• Previous experience as an administrative assistant
• Computer literate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
• Attention to detail
• Proactive

Parking Provided
20 days + bank holidays and additional at Christmas
Great working hours of 08.30am - 17.00pm
