Salary: £18000.00 - £24720.00
£18000 to £24000 per Annum
- To generate new business through telephone sales activities
- To produce and update scripting where necessary to generate optimum results for the sales team
- To meet, as a minimum, agreed sales and performance targets
- Forecast pipeline daily/weekly and monthly by controlling all call backs and advising wider team of opportunities in progress
- To maintain and maximise existing business potential by investigating additional areas of need for the company's services during all telephone and face to face contact with clients and candidates (upsell and referral)
- To exploit potential business opportunities including leads and referrals and at all times to promote the services offered by the company
- To make client service calls and to take the opportunity to develop business in addition to consolidating the relationship and monitoring the service provided
- To work within the scope of the company pricing policy
- To adhere to company terms and conditions of business
Key Skills / Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in lead generation/face-to-face sales.
- Ability to handle objections from both clients and prospects.
- Computer literate.
- Proven track record in providing quality leads/sales.
- Ability to deal with prospects at all levels.
