Receptionist/Administrator
(Salary Dependant on Experience)

V3 Recruitment are seeking an exceptional, driven, outgoing person to manage our front of house operations. As a Receptionist/Administrator you will be responsible for providing an extraordinary level of service to candidates and visitors. In addition to the front of house reception duties, you would be required to provide first class administration and office support on a day-to-day basis to the Recruitment Consultants and Office Management.

Main Job Duties will Include:
• Meet and greet candidates and visitors, offer drinks and refreshments
• Act as first point of contact and Manage all incoming telephone calls within 2 rings
• To register candidates on to the company’s CRM system and administer paperwork to qualify their legal requirements
• Continuously review and improve the look and feel of the office, ensuring a professional tidy image and all personal documentation is hidden
• Manage social media, Post and Update Jobs, manage and answer all comments and messages and Promote the business by regularly posting
• Manage V3 website, Check Jobs and respond to visitor chat.
• Provide full administration support to the Consultants, ensuring paperwork and filing is maintained accurately and professionally, assist with referencing and any other administration duties as required
• Update the CRM database to ensure accurate records are maintained
• To support the Consultants with speaking with candidates, chasing paperwork or vacancy resourcing when required
• Manage weekly shopping and order Stock for both V3 and Genius
• Maintaining a clean and organised office environment

Required Skills, Experience and Attributes:
• Great Customer Service and 5 star Communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good organisational skills
• Good IT Skills including fully adequate with using Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Ability to build professional relationships
• Ability to multi task and go the extra mile
