Approximately 25 hours per week- Monday-Friday
A fantastic opportunity has arrisen for a motivated, enthusiastic customer service person to work as a temporary receptionist within a local school.
We are looking for someone to start on Monday 4th November until Friday 20th December.
Key Duties will include:
• General Administration and Data Entry
• Answering phone and email enquiries
• Supporting front of house services and addressing customers
• Supporting marketing materials
• Ensure day to day, smooth running of the reception
Experience, Skills and Attributes required:
• Excellent phone manner
• Previous experience within administration
• Great customer service skills
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Experience of working in a school or education setting is desirable but not essential
• Ability to start work on the 4th November until Friday 20th December
