A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join a leading and forward-thinking telecoms organisation based in Segensworth. This company offers an excellent achievable commission structure and monthly incentives such as trips abroad!
As a Sales Executive you will play an integral role in the success of this business by prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads and turning this into gross profit by the booking of sales appointments. To be a successful Sales Executive you will be a customer focused individual with a background in telephone sales, ideally B2B or B2C and be familiar with working to targets. You will also be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who has a passion for sales and wants to build a career with an organisation which is going places.
Main duties and responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
• Contacting prospective clients by telephone to introduce products
• Discussing each businesses telecommunication needs
• Qualifying leads
• Booking appointments for Sales Directors to visit clients and create their tailored package
• Delivering a consistent number of appointments per week
Skills and experience of a Sales Executive:
• Previous sales experience in working in an outbound B2B or B2C role
• Experience in high volume sales calls
• Outstanding Prospecting skills
• Superb communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Fantastic Commission structure
• Monthly sales incentives
• Amazing holiday incentives abroad
