Customer Services Facilities Management Executive

V3 are recruiting for 2 new Customer Services Facilities Management Executive

£22,000-£25,000 per annum

The ideal Customer Services Facilities Management Executive will possess:

• Good customer care background experience
• Organisational skills

The main responsibilities are:
Attend resident meetings with Landlords and residents and take minutes

Action all issues raised at meetings and ensure they are completed

Minor maintenance repairs to be carried out including:
• Changing light bulbs
• Painting communal area
• Cleaning communal areas
• Fixing locks on doors
• Put communal bins out and return to sheds

Liaising with contractors to ensure work is carried out to the agreed standards

Responding to all resident queries via email and phone calls
