V3 are working with a well renowned organisation who specialise in niche payment plans.
The Campaign and Digital Leader must to demonstrate a willingness to undertake and lead on new challenges to successfully deliver the Growth team targets in on and offline environments.
Taking ownership of the tactical delivery of key campaign projects both online and offline. Must have the ability to communicate and influence at all levels. Results focussed and striving for team and individual success.

Integrated Acquisition Campaigns:
Manage the Acquisition team’s tactical delivery of projects/ campaigns including:
Hitting the agreed acquisition numbers /targets
End to end delivery of campaigns from initial brief to final delivery , both online and offline
Approving final creative executions with HoM and Product and Strategy Manager.
Internal comms and support activity ( e.g. PSA/ Consultant etc. for all campaigns) including resource planning with PSA/Sales for campaign fulfilment
Oversight of regulatory components of campaigns – record keeping, financial promotions regs etc.
Working with the Brand and PR team for campaign support through traditional PR and social media
Budget management - tracking of campaign spend
Liaison with internal stakeholders for effective delivery of activity to time and budget:
Promotional incentives (Non literature),including liaison with Snr Brand materials & compliance executive to source any relevant 3rd party promotional incentives
Writing copy & proof reading where necessary
Liaise with advertising and campaigns leader for external media/ press bookings to support campaign
Digital projects and web:
Oversight and delivery of the organisations BAU digital activity, including email activity (acquisition and BAU), ongoing website updates
Oversight and delivery of strategic IPad App projects and ensure company-wide integration. Ensure projects delivered to requirements
Manage the organisations PPC activity to fit with the wider campaign strategy
Liaise & communicate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to plan, develop, execute, and analyse acquisition activities including Sales, customer services, practice support, business services and Marketing
Ensuring a consistent message is delivered for the brand and its proposition to its markets in all media
Experience of working in a marketing management role, is essential
Experience of planning and management of integrated multimedia campaigns is a distinct advantage
Agency management and pre-print production management experience is a distinct advantage
Budget control, new and traditional media, and all communications disciplines would be valuable, especially direct marketing
Experience writing copy both online/offline and proof reading is essential
FCA experience and working in a compliant environment would be a distinct advantage
Experience of working with HTML and CSS coding is an advantage
Experience in using a web content management system (CMS) is desirable
Experience of working with Web analytics, using learning’s to achieve improved performance is an advantage.
Financial services or healthcare an advantage
Data selection/profiling an advantage
Understanding of social media is an advantage
Experience with print production is an advantage
Line management experience ( Direct and/or Matrix) is an advantage
