Duties & Responsibilities
Receiving and responding to emails and calls relating to maintenance issues. Youll be instructing Team Leaders to then deal with any problems and direct them to the reported issues. Youll be advising on priority calls and chasing any works that need doing and escalate any problems that arise.

Required Skills
Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisation are required. You must have a degree of flexibility to work hours depending on the need on a full-time basis. Experience in the same or similar job role would be advantageous and excellent people skills and customer service are a must.
