My client is looking for someone with exceptional Customer Service Experience to join their highly professional and executive organisation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To provide customer service support, responding to queries from customers via email and our client's online Help Centre.
- You'll be providing IT support to clients when they call in to discuss issues they have and you must be able to help resolve issues from clients with knowledge you'd gain about the service both from the client and proactively researching on your own.
- You must be willing and able to provide administrative support to the team and happy to help when needed.
- To answer calls to the company and direct calls accordingly.
- To undertake ad hoc duties when required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A clear, articulate and excellent phone manner are imperative for this role.
- An understanding of CRM systems and IT Service would be a huge advantage for this role.
- A high attention to detail would be hugely advantageous; to be able to plan, manage and execute all tasks in a timely and efficient manner to help add value to the company, investors and borrowers.
An ideal background would be a University Graduate or someone with an excellent customer service background looking to develop within the Marketing/IT/Financial world.
- Degree level of study.
