Salary: £7.70 - £8.21
£16,000-£18,000 per annum
9.00am – 5.30pm
Roles and Responsibilities;
•Customer invoicing/sales order processing.
•Make up new customer files as required and keep neat and tidy.
•Maintain all filing keeping neat and tidy making up new & replacement files as required.
•Filing of customer order confirmation orders
•Filing of quotes and maintain quote files,
•Assist with posting out customer monthly statements.
•Dealing with post,
•Answering the telephone and distributing calls professionally and swiftly.
•Keeping accurate records and filing.
•Dealing with customer queries over parcel deliveries.
•Processing purchase orders
•Liaising with suppliers regarding changes to delivery dates
•Maintain price files and computer records
•Check and process purchase invoices
Skills and Experience;
•Previous experience as an Administrator
•Good communications skill both with colleagues and our business partners
•Be a able to multi task in an environment which reacts quickly to changing customer requirements.
•Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
•Good Knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel
