The Role/Duties and Responsibilities
As an Account Manager you will need to:
· Pro-actively foster relationships between the company and the client including identifying key personnel and client motivation, then advising on product integration, data structure, use of reporting and any other issues that prevent a client from getting the most out of the software.
· Advising clients how best to respond to customer feedback including handling difficult customers, anonymity.
· Collect case studies and other evidence that can be used by sales and marketing teams
· Manage internal and external expectations
· Write reports and maintain client records as required
· Identify opportunities for upselling and new leads
· One year experience in a similar role
· Ideally experience of working on SaaS or any eCommerce tools
· Educated to GCSE level
· Customer service focus
· Clear effective communicator, on the phone, in writing and in person
· Problem solving approach
· Good team player
· Well organised
