BDM POSITION:

What they want:
 Currently in a field sales role with a minimum of 5+ years track record.
 Proven experience in delivering £1-2million+ sales target consistently year on year.
 Consultative/solution orientated selling experience with customer base deploying 19” Rack equipment.
 Industrial B2B market sector experience with an industrial computing, electronics, IT/technology related background.

Skill set
 Well established and polished customer facing sales skills.
 Excellent organisational skills in the areas of time management and work scheduling/prioritisation.
 Competent communicator
 Negotiator with proven ability to actively and effectively communicate and engage customers
 Confident presenter of information to small or large audiences, able to communicate and deliver a persuasive customer context value proposition specific to the needs of individual customers.
 Excellent problem solving skills, utilising data/statistical and analytical methods to resolve commercial issues.
 Knowledgeable and competent user of current day office automation packages (i.e. Word processing, spreadsheets, project management, powerpoint, etc…)
