What they want:
Currently in a field sales role with a minimum of 4+ years track record.
Proven experience in delivering sales target consistently year on year.
Consultative orientated selling experience with customer base deploying Industrial Computing equipment.
Industrial B2B market sector experience with an industrial computing, electronics, IT/technology related background.
Skill set:
Well established and polished customer facing sales skills.
Excellent organisational skills in the areas of time management and work scheduling/prioritisation.
Competent communicator
Negotiator
Confident presenter infront of small or large audiences
Able to communicate and deliver a persuasive customer proposition specific to the needs of individual customers.
Excellent problem solving skills, utilising data/statistical and analytical methods to resolve commercial issues.
Knowledgeable use with current day office packages (i.e. Word processing, spreadsheets, project management, powerpoint, etc…)
Personal Attributes:
Full and clean driving licence.
Positive and enthusiastic in outlook.
Professional appearance and behaviour.
Team player with entrepreneurial spirit.
Setter and driver of high standards.
Self-motivated and able to multi-task handling multiple priorities.
Able to learn new skills quickly and apply them/improve them consistently.
