Are you passionate about giving great customer service?

Due to growth they are looking to recruit a customer service advisor to join its team.In this role, you will be speaking to existing customers and educating them on the new products and services avaialble to them, and supporting them through the process of upgrading.
This is not a cold calling role - but more of an account management role in which you will work to build relationships with existing customers, talk them through a new product offering, and answer any questions they may have.
We want to speak to people that are bright, enthusiastic, empathetic and passionate about developing themselves.
