The role will involve being responsible for organising and coordinating sales enquiries, order processing, customer services, engineering works, compliance, purchasing and marketing and helping facilitate a lively, efficient and highly productive work environment
This will necessitate setting and ensuring tight deadlines/targets are met.
An ideal candidate would have experience handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, and be able to contribute to operational efficiency.
To set up target response time for quotes, to co-ordinate sales enquiries so that the quote is raised and sent within agreed timeframes
To ensure follow up of quotes is done to in a timely manner to manage the CRM system, setting targets.
To coordinate compliance to ensure all statutory and customer requirements are met along with our accreditation of ISO 9001, Safe contractor and Citation agreements.
To coordinate work flow to ensure Risk and Method statements and pre-works requirements are met, along with point of work risk assessments and worksheet reporting.
Create and Coordinate periodic performance reports and making suggestions for improvements.
Coordinate customer discount updates, update product pricing, new part number and products and general data base maintenance.
Set up targets for marketing program with new prospect contact, ensuring that these are met. Follow up arranged and program adhered to.
Set up email campaign along with offers and monitor performance
Coordinate Web site material and content. Working with web developer set time line and target to ensure completion.
Coordinate reports on supplier performance, event action forms
Coordinate maintenance of existing web site.
Coordinate production of catalogue of parts along with designer
Serve as an assistant when needed.
Keep office area clean and organised.
