I am looking for a bright and intelligent administrator looking to start a career within a fantastic company based in East Grinstead.
You will coordinate the delivery of large luxury products within the leisure industry.
• Excel knowledge
• Delivery co-ordination
• Diary management
• Stock management
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good geographical knowledge
• Outstanding problem solving skills
You will be solely responsible for the delivery planning and coordination of high value luxury products to customer’s homes.
This will include management and administration of the entire process from the moment the item is ordered to the moment it is installed into the customer’s home.
You will administrate the order, coordinate stock availability, site surveys, commissioning, delivery drivers, cranes on delivery site and engineers for installation seamlessly.
All the while you are required to keep the customer well informed and looked after every step of the way…
You will ensure that full payment or finance will be in place before goods are released from the warehouse.
