Paint Prepper

Description:

Our client is looking for a Paint Prepper to work at a location in Hilsea

Key Responsibilities for the position include:
·Prep all parts to customer specification within the allotted timescales
·Ensure you follow instructions of the trainers and team leaders on what and how to prep
·Take responsibility for wearing the correct PPE as per H & S guidelines
·Understand and ensure the desired quality standards are met
·Ensure correct paperwork accompanies the parts throughout the process (Inc. reworks)
·Ensure quantities of produced parts are entered accurately on the company MRP system
·Maintain 5s principles
·Ensure all equipment is adequately maintained
·Any other ad hoc duties as requested by the management team.

Key Skills & Experience required for the position include:
·A minimum of 1 years' experience working in a similar prepping role
·Attention to detail
·Ability to follow instructions
·Being flexible in the line of work while being able to adapt to the changing demands
·Good communication skills
·Highly motivated - able to work as a team
·Basic computer skills
