Description:
Our client is looking for a Project Manager to work at a location in Petersfield Key Responsibilities for the position include: Engaging with clients and site teams to ensure project deadlines are met whilst ensuring relevant documentation is produced in line with requirements and ensuring all relevant regulations are complied with. Project manager will be overseeing electrical, mechanical and security workers on a number of sites as candidate agrees. Therefore the candidate may be travelling between up to 3 sites within the week. Key Skills & Experience required for the position include: The following are not essential but are preferred: 18th Edition Design & Verification Testing & Inspection Prince 2 Experience in construction, more specifically retail, leisure or office fit-outs. Health & Safety for the position: Site health and safety policies must be noted. PPS/Tools required for the position: 5 point PPE. Power tools as required for electrical installation and containment work in commercial and retail environments.
